Acapulco Lips also takes cues from decades past – but this time it’s a punk rock beach party. This groovy surf rock trio is tight. Like really tight. While other bands in the genre take a dark and minimalist approach, Acapulco Lips’ songs are loud and fun and aren’t afraid of a little sweetness. Try not to dance. I dare you.
