Huey P is a relatively new but no less talented addition to the hip/hop and rap scene here in the Northwest. At the age of 27, Huey P has already collaborated with the likes of Wale (one of my personal favorites), Cassidy, and DJ Drama. In a recent interview with XXL Huey P had this to say about his goals as an artist: “Somehow impact and influence the culture in such a way that it influences our younger generation to keep influencing the right things; positive things, positive messages and glorify the right things.”
