Dude York is crafty. They sound vaguely British, they are even better musicians than they initially appear, their drummer is a savage, and nearly all their songs pass the campfire test. And what’s the campfire test, you may ask? It’s when you imagine each song being played on an acoustic guitar beside a toasty campfire, and the songs still sound really good. I even love it when they announce that they are America’s band, Dude York.
